TRANSPARENCY AND GOVERNANCE
We are committed to principles of transparency and accountability in the management of our activities and the resources entrusted to us. In this section we provide key institutional information and access to the Foundation’s main documents.
Wisedāna Foundation ETS is registered in the Italian National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS). Official documents filed with the Register can also be accessed through the public RUNTS portal
Compensation of governing bodies
In accordance with Article 14 of Legislative Decree No. 117/2017 (Italian Third Sector Code), Third Sector Entities with annual revenues exceeding €100,000 are required to publish on their website any remuneration, fees or other compensation granted to members of their administrative and supervisory bodies.
In line with this provision, members of the Foundation’s Board of Directors serve on a voluntary basis. Any compensation attributed to the Supervisory Body is disclosed in the Foundation’s annual financial reports, which are available among the documents published on this page.

TRASPARENZA E GOVERNANCE
Adottiamo principi di trasparenza e responsabilità nella gestione delle nostre attività e delle risorse che riceviamo. In questa sezione rendiamo disponibili alcune informazioni istituzionali e i documenti principali della Fondazione.
Wisedāna Foundation ETS è iscritta al Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore (RUNTS). I documenti ufficiali depositati presso il Registro sono consultabili anche attraverso il portale pubblico del RUNTS.
Compensi degli organi sociali
Ai sensi dell’art. 14 del Decreto Legislativo 117/2017 (Codice del Terzo Settore), gli Enti del Terzo Settore con entrate superiori a €100.000 annui pubblicano sul proprio sito web gli eventuali emolumenti, compensi o corrispettivi attribuiti ai componenti degli organi di amministrazione e controllo.
In conformità a tale disposizione, si comunica che i membri del Consiglio Direttivo della nostra Fondazione svolgono il proprio incarico a titolo gratuito. Eventuali compensi attribuiti all’Organo di Controllo sono indicati nei bilanci annuali della Fondazione, disponibili tra i documenti pubblicati in questa pagina.
